BOOKING POLICY:
Reserve 24 hours in advance of travel to guarantee a seat.

REFUNDS:
Refund minus a transaction fee of $15.00 plus taxes on all cancelled reservations up to 48 hours before departure. No refund less than 48hrs to the date of departure. Bookings that are missed will not be refunded or credited.

BAGGAGE POLICY:
All property is stored on the bus at your own risk. All passengers will be responsible for their own baggage are required to observe their baggage at all stops. Whistler Direct Shuttle waives all responsibility for damage, breakage, deterioration, delay and/or loss of any article or baggage. Whistler Direct Shuttle does not accept any liability for property that has been left at a stop, in or on the bus.

APPLICATION OF CHARGES:
All rates do not include Goods and Services Tax and will be adjusted from time to time in accordance with the law. All charges shown herein are payable in lawful Canadian or equivalent US currency. Forms of payment are cash, Visa™, or Mastercard™.
